Step 1: Schedule an office or farm visit to determine your small farm marketing and business educational needs by contacting your local Virginia Cooperative Extension office, Agricultural and Natural Sciences (ANR) county agent: Find them at: http://www.ext.vt.edu/offices/.

NOTE: If you are a beginning farmer, beginning rancher (in operation less than 10 years), African American, Native American, Asian American, Hispanic, Pacific Islander, Alaskan Native, or a woman, the VSU Small Farm Outreach offers one-on-one technical assistance and outreach in 44 counties in Virginia.
